Your mom and Lynisha have good ideas, but if none of them ever work, make the nicest cake you can and decorate it. Make the table as pretty as you can, take lots of pictures, and let Jessi help. She's really the one who needs to know you still celebrate birthdays when no one is there.
Yes it's a good idea. And I wish we could because that would be fun. But we've already drove 7,000 miles this year visiting family.
But yes, we will have a party. Jessi's excited :) I'm going to take her so she can pick out her own birthday gift for him. And Jon and Sara will be here. :)

Come to Sidney, invite both grandparents (it's almost the same distance for both of them!) and we'll all celebrate together! I'll make the cake ;)
