I think I'm going to go look at patterns and fabric before we go down there... maybe I can work on it there, I don't seem to get ANYTHING done here. Lol!

hello! it's me the crazy person in Kansas. I found your blog on Immunizations VERY helpful on one hand and distressing on the other! have you heard anything about the meningococcal vaccine? my 18yr has to have it to go to college and live in the dorms. she's really worried beCAUSE it has mercury in it!! my son had a track physical and the doc wanted to give it to him right then!! any advice?

Something to know is that you can decline it, there are exemptions. Also, if you're not sure about it, remember.. You can always get the shot.. you can't un-do it.

Oh, and the main vaccine for this does have thimerosal in it. (Which has mercury in it) I think there is another brand that you might be able to get ahold of without it.
